Complicated multifigured composition that was being created during 6 years.

Of five composition characters the central position is occupied by tsar Peter — quite recognizable portrait idea of great monarch, brilliant discoverer and beginner of many great matters in Russia.

Three dolls with baby features – symbolical retinue of the tsar, or “nestlings of Peter nest” as favourites and successors of Peter matters were called. Their heads are decorated with ships – symbols of Russian fleet made in the form of fancy dresses of Baroque era. The second of central ideas is Ekaterina.

In fairy-playing world where these characters exist the artist doesn’t specify which Ekaterina is before you. Ekaterina I – beloved wife and friend of Peter who bore for him three children Anna, Elizabeth and Alexei with whom dolls-children can be associated with. Probably, it is Ekaterina II who, as Peter, deserved title “Great”. Judging by the portraits they look much alike.

In the history of Russia Ekaterina II is known as an outstanding politician who continued matters of Peter the Great.

– Second educational forum for doll artists and Teddy-artists: master-classes on different technologies of creating artistic dolls or bears;

- Solemn assembly-ball in luxurious ball hall of Polovcev Palace. Excursion around the palace, photosession, banquet, master-classes of ancient dances. Tickets to assembly are sold separately.

- Personal exhibition of saint-Petersburg artist Alexander Zinchenko.
